Office Assistant Receptionist

Dock Pros is currently looking for an Office Assistant Receptionist. The receptionist will answer phones & assist office staff with data entry, filling and basic accounting.

Full time position Monday - Friday. Salary based on experience. Paid benefits, vacation, insurance & sick pay.

Office Assistant Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and take messages

  • Respond to emails

  • Manage mail correspondence

  • Greet clients and visitors

  • Assist with invoicing

  • Perform data entry and filing tasks

  • Manage inventory of office supplies

  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Office Assistant Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate

  • Administrative or clerical experience preferred

  • Experience with Sage 50 Accounting software a plus

  • Computer proficiency

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Basic typing & 10-key
